We needed to replace our upstairs carpet and I wanted to get a few estimates. Keith at Flagstaff Wholesale Flooring was by far the best price and the best customer service. Steven was also a really big help answering all my questions and getting samples to me. I really appreciated all the input on the carpet and pad. Keith is awesome and the showroom has a huge selection of gorgeous flooring at super reasonable prices. Beautiful accent tile for backsplashes, nice laminate, and porcelain tile that looks just like travertine and other real stone. Skip Home Depot and check this place out!
My wife decided it was time to replace flooring and carpet in our 1988 house. We searched all over Flagstaff trying to stay local and away from Home Depot. After getting several quotes from local flooring companies, which were out of our price range, we came across Wholesale Flooring. The owner Keith provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the flooring products he was selling. He was honest, straightforward, and did not try to push the more extensive products on us. We ended up buying carpet, pad, and underlayment (laminate) from keith for a great price. The store seems small from the outside but once you go in, they have a great selection and variety of flooring.
Keith was very helpful when we were deciding on flooring to purchase. Keith also gave us a great recommendation for an installer, Jay with Forever Flooring in Flagstaff. Jay and his entire crew were great to work with and very helpful. Jay kept us on track and up to date with the progress.We couldn't be happier with the finished project and enjoyed working with both Keith and Jay.
We've had carpeting installed at least six times in our homes over the past two decades in Flagstaff. Most of our experiences have been poor at local vendors - pushy sales people who talked us into poor products, shoddy installers, carpeting that did not hold up, too expensive. It was a revelation to work with Keith & his staff at Flagstaff Wholesale Flooring.
